Security: Error '404: Not Found' when using HR Person Link

I am getting Error '404: Not Found' when trying to update the employee that is connected to a Portal account.

User access has been assigned to the employee's personnel number in CoreHR Security in the back office. A personnel number should not be given back office access and it can cause this error.

To revoke the back office access:

  1. In back office navigate to CoreHR, CoreHR, Security.

  2. Search for the employee number under username.

  3. Untick any active access indicators.

  4. Save.
