This error in PeopleXD or eRecruitment may result from various scenarios.

  • Cause 1 - No LDAP row for the employee in the Contact screen.

  • Cause 2 - No email address for the employee in the Contact screen.

  • Cause 3 - Portal username is not linked to the back-office account.

  • Cause 4 - Incorrect recruitment URL for AD clients.

Resolution 4:

Check what url are you using, if you are using:
https://my.corehr.com/pls/coreportal_CLIENTCODE/erq_search_package.search_form?p_company=1&p_internal_external=E

If you are using the above url as AD user, you might get the error. Instead use the following url:
https://my.corehr.com/pls/CLIENTCODErecruit/erq_search_package.search_form?p_company=1&p_internal_external=E
