Unable to view or report on diversity data - back office instructions

Enable user access to view diversity information for an employee or applicant record

To enable user access to diversity information in PeopleXD People Management, follow the back office steps outlined below. They will also ensure that insight reports, which include diversity information, display correctly.

  1. Click CorePersonnel, then click Reference.

  2. Click Reference Q - Z, then select System Users.

  3. Under Username, enter the user's employee number, then tab through.

    ​Tip: If unsure of their number, click on the Query Question Mark icon to search for and select them by name.
    ​

  4. In Security Type, select Diversity Access, then click Show Access.

  5. Select Access Granted, click the Save Yellow Save Icon icon, then click OK.
