nsight business areas are assigned as follows.

  1. Go to CoreSecurity, Profiles, Menu Profile.

  2. On this screen, select the relevant Profile, then click on CorePortal as the installed system.

  3. Search for 'Coreportal - Analytics Area'.

  4. This will bring you to all the insight business area's (eg. "Coreportal - Analytics Area Core Personnel).

  5. Ticking this on will give everyone with this menu profile access to the relevant business area.

The access is then configured through the following screen.

  1. Go to CorePersonnel, Reference, Reference Q - Z, System Users.

  2. If the user has a back office username/account, enter that username and assign the appropriate Personnel Access by Company, Department, etc.

  3. If the user does not have a Back Office username/account, enter the user's personnel number and assign the appropriate Personnel Access by Company, Department, etc.

    • If you assign at the company level, the user will see all employees in the company.

    • If you assign at department level, the user will see employee's in the assigned departments.
