For Portal and Back Office users:
Ensure you have access to both these menu options:
Coreportal – Analytics Report Store
CorePortal - Analytics Area Core Statistics
Navigate to core insight and select the report store
Download the report Menu profile access
In core insight, run the report
For Back Office Users:
To report on a specific Menu Profile or Menu Option:
In CoreHR back office, click CoreSecurity, Reports, User/Menu Profile.
Enter the required Menu Profile and/ or Menu Option.
Click Run Report - This will list all Usernames that have been assigned to that Profile, and the Menu Options that the Profile grants access to.
To report on a specific User Profile:
Click CoreSecurity, Reports, User/Menu Profile.
Enter the required Username.
Click Run Report - This report will list all the systems the User is attached to, the Account Profile and Status, what Database and Object Profiles have been assigned, and all the Menu Options the user has access to.
To report on All Users:
Click CoreSecurity, Reports, User/Menu Profile.
Click All Users.
Click Run Report - This report will list all Usernames and their Profile information.
