You can grant administrators access to salary information in an employee record record by ensuring they have the appropriate menu option enabled and are assigned the correct pay group access. To do this, follow the steps below.
Required menu option
The following menu option must be enabled on the user's menu profile, in order for the Current Salary tab/option to display on the employee record.

Assign pay groups
Access to the employee’s pay group is also required in order to see the employee’s salary and allowance data. Follow the steps below.
On Portal go to Security and click the Set Up tab.
On the System Set Up widget click OPEN next to CorePay Pay Users.
On the next screen select Portal Account.
With the Filter icon, you can find the user to check which Pay Groups they already have access to - if the user cannot be found it means they have no Pay Group access at all
Click the Add button, enter the required Pay Group code, the Username, and the Input Location.
Click Save.
