Manager unable to view employee on team scheduler Back Office

The manager is unable to view employee/employees on the Team Scheduler on the Workforce Management screen on Portal

To resolve this issue on Back-Office:

  1. Click CorePersonnel, Reference, Reference Q-Z, System Parameters

  2. Make a note of what the Reporting To Role is set to

  3. Click CorePersonnel, Reference, Maintain Organisational Roles

  4. For Organisational Group select Work Group

  5. Search for the affected employees Work Group

  6. Add the manager's personnel number with the Reporting To Role from the System Parameters screen

  7. Click Save
