To resolve this issue on Portal:
Go to People Management
Select Data Centre
Click on Maintain Organisational Roles by Person
Query the manager's employee number
Add the respective 'Work Group' to which the manager should have access
Click Save
The manager is unable to view employee/employees on the Team Scheduler on the Workforce Management screen on Portal
