How to set up employee access in Personnel Back Office

How to provide access to new employees in personnel?

Employees should be set up in the below screens for personnel access, please refer to the links attached for all steps.

  1. To provide access to view all employees in the personnel screen, please follow the steps provided here.

  2. To provide access to the screen in the 'Select details' area under Core personnel, Maintenance, Personal profile, Search emp, Select details, click here.

  3. To update database and object profile access please follow the steps provided here.

PLEASE NOTE: To update back office access, use the employee's back office username to provide access.
For the portal, please use the personnel number of employees to update the access.
