If you can see duplicate records for a new starter - which all have different Personnel Numbers, please check if the record has been attached to a valid post/appointment.

If there is no valid appointment attached then the option to delete these employee records via the portal will not be available. This option would normally be found under the ACTIONS drop down after locating the employee in People Management, Employee Search.

The alternative option is to delete the employees using the GDPR Right to Be Forgotten functionality available in PeopleXD.
New Starter duplicate records
We created a new starter, but the system has generated three employee numbers.
