There are two possible causes of this issue:
Cause 1: Employee may still be on the Dormant List
Cause 2: The 'Include Outstanding Approvals' checkbox is not ticked
Employee on the dormant list
Check if the employee is still on the Dormant List:
Click Core Personnel, select Maintenance.
Select Salary Administration, then click Maintain Salary Approvals.
Select Tools, Show All Employees.
Click Search.
Outstanding approvals checkbox
Review Include Outstanding Approvals checkbox
Click Core Personnel, select Maintenance.
Select Salary Administration, then click Maintain Salary Approvals.
Ensure the Include Outstanding Approvals check box is ticked.
This will show any outstanding approvals
