Access to change a portal account password

User cannot reset their portal password, when they try an 'Access Denied' message is produced. Which menu option controls this?

This function is controlled by the menu option called "CORE WEB ESS MENU - CHANGE PIN". See steps below to enable/disable this option:

  1. In the portal, go to Security, Menu Profiles.

  2. Search for the menu profile you wish to update.

  3. Click the ellipsis icon and select Manage Menu Options.

  4. Search for CORE WEB ESS MENU - CHANGE PIN, then enable/disable the option.
