An additional menu option is needed before a user can access the system's Org Chart facility. To enable this follow the steps below.
From the dashboard menu, search and select Security.
Click Menu Profiles, then search for the relevant profile.
Next to the profile, click the three-dot menu.
Click Manage Menu Options, then search for the below menu item.
Menu option: CorePortal - Employee Org Chart.
Menu Id: MAIN_MENU.ADFORGCHART.
System: CorePortal.
Under Active, click the toggle to enable it.
