Staff request not showing in Process Administration screen

Unable to locate staff request in process administration.

Please make sure that a process is attached to an event of Staff Request and that the event notification is set to active in Hr Event Configuration. Follow the steps below.

Portal guidance

  1. Navigate to People Management dashboard.

  2. Select Data Centre, View all.

  3. Search for Hr Event Configuration.

  4. From Event Category select Staff Requests.

  5. Click on three dots on the right side of Staff Request Status.

  6. Click Edit.

  7. In the Event Notifications section, select event and press three dots button on right side and select Edit.

  8. Make sure that the Process field is populated and that the Active Indicator is enabled.


Back Office guidance

  1. Select CoreHR product.

  2. In the top menu, navigate to CoreHR.

  3. Navigate to Event Management.

  4. Navigate to HR Event Configuration.

  5. From Event Category select Staff Requests.

  6. Click on Edit on the right side of Staff Request Status.

  7. In Event Notifications, select the relevant event notification and press Edit.

  8. Ensure that the Process field is populated and that the Active Indicator is ticked.
