To make employee and manager requests available in HR Process Administration, the administrator must have the appropriate process access. To enable this, follow the steps below.
From the dashboard menu, search for and select Data Centre.
Next to People Management, click OPEN, then click HR User Access.
Click Portal, then in username, select the employee.
πTip: Search for the employee using their name or personnel number.
In Security Type, select Process Access, then click Show Access.
Under Description, select Employee Requests or Manager Request Events.
Click View, Add, Delete, and Edit sliders to enable options.
Click SAVE, then click OK.
