Search for manager and staff requests using the HR Process Administration screen

How to search for a manager request or a staff request and look at the details such as Date Submitted, Date Created, Date Approved.

You can search for manager and staff requests using the HR Process Administration screen.

Portal guidance

  1. Go to the Data Centre and select HR Admin Setup Settings.

  2. On the next screen open HR Process Administration.

  3. Select Administrator for Query Type.

  4. From the Process Category List of Values (LOV), select Manager Request Events or Staff Requests.

  5. Select filter using other fields if needed.

  6. Click OK.

  7. On the next screen click on the three-dots next to the request and select Edit.


Back Office guidance

  1. Click CoreHR, go to Event Management, and select HR Process Administration.

  2. Cancel out of the Selection Criteria window.

  3. Click the Administrator tab, which will open the Selection Criteria once more.

  4. From the Process Category List of Values (LOV), select Manager Request Events or Staff Requests.

  5. Select filter using other fields if needed.

  6. Click OK.

  7. On the next screen, click Edit to drill down into the Notification further.
