Search using the HR Process Administration screen
Go to the Data Centre and select HR Admin Setup Settings.
On the next screen open HR Process Administration.
Select Administrator for Query Type.
From the Process Category List of Values (LOV), select Staff Requests.
Select filter using other fields if needed.
Click OK.
Edit or approve / reject a task within the request
πNote: if there is more than 1 approval task within the process it is advised to use the back office to set the task(s) to 'Approved'. Approving a second task in the portal can generate a duplicate task with an initial status pending approval. Our Development and Product Teams are aware of the issue. They are looking to improve the portal's HR Process Administration screen in the future.
Click on the three-dot ellipsis next to the staff request and select Edit.
Under Task Status Details, click the task's three-dot ellipsis and select Edit.
On the next screen, under Update Task, set the required status.
Click the Save button.
Approving task in the back office
Click CoreHR, go to Event Management, and select HR Process Administration.
Cancel out of the Selection Criteria window.
Click the Administrator tab, which will open the Selection Criteria once more.
From the Process Category list of values select Staff Requests.
Select filter using other fields if needed.
Click OK.
On the next screen, click Edit next to the relevant staff request.
Click on the relevant Sequence under Task Details.
Under Task Status Details, click Edit next to the task.
On the next screen, for the Set Status field, select Approved.
Click the Save button.
