This situation occurs when the effective date of the post profile associated with the contract is later than the start date entered. To resolve this, follow the steps below.
Portal guidance
Navigate to Data Centre.
Select View All.
Search for Post Profile Maintenance.
Search for the post via the post number.
Edit Effective Date on the Post Details tab.
Click Save.
Back Office guidance
CorePersonnel, Maintenance, Post Profile Maintenance.
Search for the Post.
Edit Effective Date.
Save.
