If an Insight report generates column headings but returns no data, check the following.
Ensure that the user has system user personnel access.
If the report includes columns from payroll views, ensure the user also has pay group access assigned.
If the report includes columns from workforce management views, ensure the user also has work group and department access assigned.
🤓Tip: Alternatively, if the data from payroll or workforce management is available in a personnel view, use that field instead.
