Please verify in the report has filters. If a report is filtered it may cause the employee to not appear on the Insight Report. To check the filters please follow the below steps:
Navigate to Portal
Go to Insight
Select Admin Area on the left-hand panel
Search for the report
Click Manage Report
Select Filters
Disable filter and test

Review the configuration of the report to verify whether it does include views in Insight which are not built off Personnel tables, e.g. Person Master (Pay) or Person Profile Details (Pay) views. If there is no outer join enabled on the report it will exclude staff who are not appearing on both Personnel and Payroll tables. Where a report contains columns that are based off both Personnel and Pay views, the suggested course of action is to clone the report and amend the configuration of columns/fields where necessary to exclude Insight views that are built off non-personnel tables and instead use personnel equivalents or calculations to retrieve the relevant data.
