If a user has the correct access permission, it's possible to copy an Insight report from one system to another. For example, a report that has been created and tested in the UAT environment can be transferred to the production environment by completing separate export and import steps.
Export a report
To export a report, follow the steps below.
Go to Insight, Admin Area.
Click on the three-dot ellipsis option to the right of your desired report.
Export Report to your designated file location.
Import a report
To import a report, follow the steps below.
Go to Insight, Admin Area, Actions, Import Report.
Select the report to import from its designated file location.
Access to import and export reports
The following menu option controls the display of the Import Button and the Export option on a report.
