You can download menu profiles to an external file. This can be useful for uploading into another environment, for example when moving custom menu profiles from UAT to a production environment. The menu profile should be downloaded in a .PROF file type extension as per the below instructions and the same file type can then be uploaded.
Download a Menu Profile
To download a menu profile:
Quick jump to the Security dashboard.
Navigate to the Menu Profiles widget.
Search for the menu profile you want to download.
From the three dot menu, click Download Menu Profile.
Import a Menu Profile
To import a menu profile:
Quick jump to the Security dashboard.
Navigate to the Menu Profiles widget.
Create a blank menu profile, or search for an existing one.
From the three dot menu, click Import Menu Options.
Select From external file.
Upload the file.
Click OK.
