The option to export report output to an external file is controlled by a menu option. To enable or disable the function, follow the steps below.
From the dashboard menu, in the search bar, enter and select Security.
Click on the Menu Profiles tab.
Find the relevant menu profile.
Click on 3 dots ellipsis and choose Manage Menu Options.
Search export in the search bar.
To enable the export data option, ensure menu option 'CorePortal - Insight Hide Export Report Data' is disabled (its Active toggle is switched off). Alternatively, if you wish to hide the export report data option, enable this menu option (the Active toggle is switched on).
📌Note: If a user has more than one Insight menu profile assigned, each profile must be checked for the relevant menu option. If any profile has the option set to active, the function will be enabled. To disable the function, all profiles must have the option set to inactive.
