Replace a contract

Replace an employee's current appointment with a new one.

To end the latest contract for an employee, replacing it with a new appointment, watch the video or follow the steps below.

Click Command Centre, then, next to Employees, click VIEW.

Search for and view the employee.

Click Contracts.

πŸ“ŒNote: If the employee has multiple contracts, you need to select the relevant one from the drop-down menu.

Click Replace Contract, then click on the contract to be replaced.

Click APPLY, then select a new post.

Complete step one, Organizational Structure, then click NEXT.

Complete step two, Contract Information, then click NEXT.

Complete step three, Salary Information, then click SAVE.

πŸ“ŒNote: The employee's previous contract has been ended automatically on the date preceding the new contract start date.
