To Change Authentication Method in Portal navigate to:
Portal
Go to Security
Select User Management
Search for user
Click on the three dots and select Manage Account
Change Authentication Type
Change Authentication Method in Portal
We need to change Authentication Method from AD to ESS for users in Portal
