It is not always possible to update this for all employees but where you can:
Go to the People Management Dashboard
Go to the Command Centre and select View Employees
Search for the employee in question, go to Contract History
Click UPDATE on the latest appointment
Use the dropdown to update the Sub-Department where possible
Hit Next and Save
If this dropdown is not available and the sub-department is 'locked in', you must create a new appointment for the employee reflecting their new sub-department.
