To create or analyze reports in PeopleXD, use Insight. If you're unable to view Insight in the dashboard menu, this is due to insufficient access to a menu option. This needs to be enabled for the relevant users or the menu profile will need to be imported to an existing profile.
To enable the menu option access for Insight, follow the steps below in portal.
From the dashboard menu, select Security Dashboard.
Click Menu Profiles.
In the search field, search for the menu profile assigned to the user who needs access, e.g PAY_MASTER
Click the three-dot
icon, then select Manage Menu Options.
To filter for all systems, click the filter
icon.
From the Filter By System dropdown menu, select all the options.
Click Apply.
In the search field, search for the following menu option:
MAIN_MENU.HRANALYTICS
Enable the toggle for the above menu option.
