Configure the PeopleXD Mobile App

Use the Mobile Configuration screen to identify what menu options and web services are required for each module in the PeopleXD Mobile App, and reorder the sidebar navigation menu.

To configure the PeopleXD mobile app, watch the video or follow the steps below:

  1. Go to the Administrator Dashboard

  2. Go to the Site Manager widget

  3. Click Open on the Mobile Configuration option

  4. Select the menu profile you want to configure from the dropdown

  5. Expand the modules you want to grant access to, and enable the relevant toggles

  6. Go to the Sidebar Navigation Configuration tab

  7. Use the Position column to drag and drop modules to the preferred position

To access the Mobile Configuration screen, the following menu options must be enabled on the user’s menu profile:

Menu Profile

Menu ID

System

Get config navigation

WS_NATIVE_MENU.GET_CONFIG_NAVIGATION

Web Services

Update config navigation

WS_NATIVE_MENU.PATCH_CONFIG_NAVIGATION_ID
