Ensure is that there is no issue with the browser
Clear the browsers cache.
Refresh page.
Try access the record once more.
If this does not work, move onto the steps outlined below.
Ensure a Manager can see HR Dashboard details
Select People Management, Data Centre, View All.
Open Maintain Organisation Roles by Person option.
Enter personnel no of manager to see all the roles/groups they have access to.
Where there is more than one structure, ensure the correct structure is selected.
Under structure, scroll down until you locate the row(s) with the role / group which gives the manager access to view employees in the Manager Dashboard.
When you locate them, click into the From Date move the date back one day. Press save. Now change back to the original date and press save.
If there is more than one record with this role/group, repeat for each record.
Check if Manager can now view details when they select 'HR Dashboard' for an employee.
