Error - 'Page Not Found' or blank screen after logging on to the portal

Employees unable to access any dashboards on the portal as they get the error message 'Page Not Found' / blank screen.

If the employee doesn't have the COREPORTAL_EMPLOYEE menu profile assigned to them, then they will get the 'Page Not Found' error.

To assign the COREPORTAL_EMPLOYEE menu profile please follow the steps below.

  1. Go to Security.

  2. Select User Management.

  3. Search for the employee number, then select Manage Account.

  4. Select Menu Profiles and search for COREPORTAL_EMPLOYEE.

  5. Enable the COREPORTAL_EMPLOYEE menu profile.

Ask the affected user to login again and they will now be able to view the Employee Dashboard.

πŸ“ŒNote: If you are using SAML, please ensure that you have not set up duplicates using the same email address. Employees should have unique email addresses, or you may also encounter the same error.
