πNote: This article is based on users who are superusers within an organisation. Any changes within EMS should be carried out by a superuser.
This problem is caused by a Microsoft Outlook issue and there are two stages to resolving it.
Confirm emails are sending to the correct email address
Click CorePersonnel, Maintenance, Personal Profile.
Query the employee.
Search Drill.
From the Select Details list, select 6 - Contacts.
Copy employee's email address.
Exit screen.
Click CorePersonnel, Reference, Utilities, View Email Queue.
Click Search.
In the To user email field, paste the email address.
Double-click each result, check if the emails have sent successfully and when.
Amend the configuration to match the sender of the registration emails to the other emails
Click CoreHR, CoreHR, Event Management, EMS Parameter Maintenance.
Note what the EMS Username and Administrator Email are set to.
Search for cp_reg_email_from in CorePortal Admin Settings.
Update cp_reg_email_fromn (Name) to the same as the EMS Username value
Update cp_reg_email_frome (Email) to the same as the Administrator Email value
Once this email address is whitelisted in your Company email service provider settings, this should work.
