Target end date

This is the end date that can be entered against an employee's record. This is an estimated date that can be revised as the time approaches. EMS Notifications can be set up against this field, however, this is not an actual end date and the employee will not finish automatically on this date. This date is only for notification and reporting purposes.

Planned end date

The planned end date is the date that the appointment/post is expected to end when the job/role/project has finished. This will be attached to all instances of the appointment, regardless of actual end date.
