Back Office: Update an appointment end date

Amend or remove an end date from an employee's appointment if an incorrect leave date was entered, or if the employee is no longer leaving the organisation.

In the Back Office, you can update or remove an end date from an employee's appointment. Follow the steps below.

πŸ€“Tip: You can also update the appointment end date in the PeopleXD Portal.

  1. In CorePersonnel, click Maintenance, then select Personal Profile.

  2. Search for the employee.

  3. Click on Appointment Details or Contract Details (wording may vary).

  4. Select the appointment, then click 'Appointment Details'.

  5. In the selection box on the right-hand side, click Amend or Remove End Date.

  6. Make the necessary changes, then click Save.
