Once Final Generate (Final Mode) has been enabled during the Salaries & Allowances job for a pay group in PeopleXD Payroll, it is no longer possible to amend or delete the employee’s end date in PeopleXD People Management. To resolve this, liaise with your internal payroll team and follow the steps below.
Roll back processes and disable the final generate mode.
⚠️Warning: If processing is too advanced to roll back, no amendments can be made in this pay period.
Amend the end date, then re-enable the final generate mode.
Resume normal payroll processing.
