Change contract hours

Update your employee's contracted hours and salary without completing a full contract amendment.

You can quickly update an employee's contracted hours or weeks and review their salary without completing a full contract amendment. To get started, follow the steps below.

  1. From the dashboard menu, search for and select Command Centre.

  2. Next to the Employees option, click View.

  3. Search for the employee and click View.

  4. From the drop-down select the relevant contract, then click the Contracts tab.

  5. Click Change Contract Hours.

  6. Complete the mandatory fields.

    • Effective Date.

    • Contracted Hours or Standard Hours (this recalculates the FTE).

    • Reason.

  7. Update any other fields as needed, then click Save.

    πŸ“Œ Note: The Amend Salary screen opens automatically if your reason code is configured correctly.

  8. Review the pre-populated fields, and update the salary information if required.

  9. Click Save.
