Amend appointment details of existing appointment in back office

Change the post type of a commenced appointment.

You can update any fields for existing appointments without creating a new sequence from the below screens.

  1. Go to CorePersonnel, then click Maintenance.

  2. Select Appointment History, then search for the employee.

  3. This will show you the list of appointments, then double-click on the required appointment.

  4. Double-click on the appointment sequence to be updated.

  5. Update the required field(s) and click OK.
