To update the leaving reason and leaving code:
Click CorePersonnel, Maintenance, Personal Profile
Query Personnel No
Use the Select Details list and select Leaving Details.
Update Leaving Reason and Leaving Code
Click Save.
Update leaving reason and leaving code on Personal Profile screen Back Office
There may be a need to update an employee's leaving details after they have left or if they are rejoining the organisation.
