Change a Job title for an employee Back Office

Amend an incorrect job title.

You can change the job title for an employee by following the steps below:

  1. Go to Core personnel

  2. Click Maintenance, then Appointment history

  3. Enter the Employee number

  4. Double-click on the required appointment

  5. The screen will show you the sequence for that appointment, double-click on the sequence again

  6. Amend the job title field

  7. Click OK.

If incorrect for several sequences, each will need to be updated individually.
