You can easily upload documents such as pension statements directly to an employee's profile in portal. To do this, follow the steps below in portal.
From the dashboard menu, select People Management.
Beside Employees, click View.
In the search field, search for the relevant employee.
Click View then click Files.
Click Add.
From the Document Type drop-down menu, select the relevant type of document.
In the Description field, enter a description.
Click Upload.
