Upload policy documents to Social Hub

How to upload company policy documents to the system so that new starters can access them during onboarding, and all team members can view them at any time.

To upload a document for New Starters to view as part of the Onboarding Process, please follow the below steps:

  1. Go to Portal.

  2. Choose People Management.

  3. Locate Social Hub Configuration.

  4. View Policy Documents & Handbooks.

  5. Click Add, type in a document name, then click OK.

  6. Click Upload, select a document to upload.

  7. Save.

πŸ“ŒNote: If you see the error - 'Permission to upload this file type denied', please ensure the menu option below is enabled in one of the menu profiles assigned to your Portal account.
