Resolution 1
From the dashboard menu, search and select Security.
Select the Password Policy tab.
All profiles are displayed on the Password Policy widget.
Search for the relevant account profile.
Click the Actions and select the Policy Details option.
Update Idle time(minutes).
Click Save.
Resolution 2
To set the Portal default Idle time.
From the dashboard menu, search and select Administrator Dashboard.
Click Site Manager/Admin Tools and open Admin Settings.
Search for the parameter ess_timeout.
Set this parameter to the timeout time in seconds by clicking Edit.
📌Note: In the same way as above, you can also edit the value for thesession_expired_timeparameter which defines Session Expire Time in Hours.
