Monitor employee and manager requests as an administrator

How administrators can view and track employee and manager requests.

Administrators can monitor requests raised by an employee or their manager within the employee’s record. This enables them to track progress and view attached documents. Follow the steps below.

  1. From the dashboard menu, search and select Command Centre.

  2. Click VIEW next to Employees, then search for the employee.

  3. Click VIEW for the employee, then select the appropriate request option.

    • Click Employee Requests to view requests submitted by the employee.

    • Click Manager Requests to view requests submitted by their manager.

  4. Click VIEW for individual requests to review their full details.
