Deleting or deactivating employee and manager request forms

How to delete employee and manager request forms, or make them inactive.

You can delete an employee or manager request form if it hasn't been used. If it has been used, it can be set as inactive. To do this, follow the steps below.

Delete a request form

  1. From the dashboard menu, search for and select Data Centre.

  2. Against HR Admin Setup Settings, click OPEN.

  3. Click Employee and Manager Requests.

  4. Click Employee Requests or Manager Requests.

  5. Click the three-dot menu of the form to be deleted.

  6. Click Delete, then click YES.


Set a request form to inactive

  1. From the dashboard menu, search for and select Data Centre.

  2. Against HR Admin Setup Settings, click OPEN.

  3. Click Employee and Manager Requests.

  4. Click Employee Requests or Manager Requests.

  5. Click the form's three-dot menu, then click Edit.

  6. Click Active (to set it inactive), then click SAVE.
