When an employee or manager submits a request form, the system sends a notification to the designated approvers so they can review and take action. Additionally, an HR administrator can oversee and progress requests. These processes are outlined below.

Notification Centre alerts

  • The system displays an alert in the approverโ€™s Notification Centre when a request is submitted.

  • The system sends a notification to the request creator once the approver approves the request.

๐Ÿ“ŒNote: Manager requests that don't require approval will trigger an email notification.

Approving or rejecting requests

Approvers can review and action request forms from multiple areas within the system.

๐Ÿ“ŒNote: The workflow may include multiple approval stages before the approver completes the request.

  1. Employee Request Approvals widget.

    1. From the dashboard menu, search for and select Employee Request Approvals.

    2. Next to the request, click VIEW, then click APPROVE or REJECT.

  2. My Approvals widget.

    1. From the dashboard menu, search for and select My Approvals Notifications.

    2. Next to the request, click VIEW, then click APPROVE or REJECT.

HR administrator overview

HR administrators, with the required permissions, can manage all employee and manager requests via the HR Process Administration screen.

  1. From the dashboard menu, search for and select Data Centre.

  2. Next to HR Admin Setup Settings, click OPEN, then click Hr Process Administration.

  3. In Query Type, select Administrator, then, in Process Category, select the request type.

๐Ÿ“ŒNote: Request type will be Employee Requests or Manager Request Events.

  4. Assign any additional filters, then click OK.
