When you create a new profile on the Restructuring Profile screen, you can choose from two options in the Restructuring Type drop-down list.
Type | Explanation |
Create New Contract | Creates a new appointment ID with the new structure applied. |
Update Existing Contract | Adds a new sequence to the existing appointment ID and ends the preceding sequence. |
📌Note: A new post number is created whichever restructure type you select.
