If you haven't migrated to Access Evo, you can manually create the username accounts in PeopleXD Security for either portal or back office access. To do this, follow the steps below.
🤓 Tip: If you use Access Evo and prefer to not wait for the automatic sync to complete, you can also manually create a username account.
From the dashboard menu, select Security, then click User Management.
Click CREATE NEW USER, then select a User Type of Portal or Back Office.
Enter a username and password, then click OK.
📌Note: Once the account has been created, you'll need to configure it. We have separate guidance for portal and back office accounts.
