Portal: Create a user account

Create a portal or back office account for a user.

If you haven't migrated to Access Evo, you can manually create the username accounts in PeopleXD Security for either portal or back office access. To do this, follow the steps below.

πŸ€“ Tip: If you use Access Evo and prefer to not wait for the automatic sync to complete, you can also manually create a username account.

  1. From the dashboard menu, select Security, then click User Management.

  2. Click CREATE NEW USER, then select a User Type of Portal or Back Office.

  3. Enter a username and password, then click OK.

πŸ“ŒNote: Once the account has been created, you'll need to configure it. We have separate guidance for portal and back office accounts.
