Use these options to enable User Defined Forms functionality for new users or troubleshoot issues when existing users' menu options do not activate automatically.

📌Note: If a user already has access to create or edit User Defined Forms, some of these menu options may already be enabled.

To find additional web service menu options, follow the steps below.

From the dashboard menu, select Security.

Click Menu Profiles, then search for the relevant profile.

Next to the profile, click the three-dot menu, then click Manage Menu Options.

In Search Menu Options, search for UDF Config.

Click Active to enable individual menu items.

These options are included for reference only. Review them only when troubleshooting a user's UDF access.
