User Defined Forms let you capture information where no standard PeopleXD screen exists, including request forms and self-service processes. This update increases the number of fields available on these forms, removes label length restrictions, and adds support for multiple document attachments per form. You'll need administrator permissions to configure these settings.
What's changing
The number of fields available on an eligible User Defined Form increases from 12 to 40.
Label length restrictions are removed, so you can write clearer, more descriptive labels.
Forms can now be organised using section headers, making longer forms easier to follow.
A form can accept multiple document attachments.
The Data Migration template for User Defined Forms now supports the additional fields.
HR admin, employee self-service, onboarding, portal recruitment, manager self-service, employee request forms, manager request forms, and the PeopleXD Native App support the new field count and layout.
Which forms are eligible
Only forms marked as Employees, Post Appointments, or Recruitment in their advanced settings are eligible for the new field count and layout. Forms marked for other purposes are not affected by this change.

Where you'll see the changes
HR Admin: The User Defined Forms screen shows the new layout when adding, viewing, or editing an eligible form.
My Profile (employee self-service): The Other Information screen shows the new layout for eligible forms, with access depending on your employee self-service permissions.
Manager self-service: Appointment details and user data screens reflect the new layout for eligible forms.
Employee and manager request forms: Both the request forms and administrator views reflect the new field count and layout.
