Set up new job title codes in the back office

Creation of new job title codes in the back office.

Organisational changes may require you to add new job title descriptions to the system. A new job title code can be configured in the back office as follows.

  1. Click CorePersonnel, then click Reference.

  2. Click Reference D-J, then select Job Title Codes.

  3. Click the green plus Green Plus iconicon to insert a new record.

  4. Complete the required fields, then click the yellow save Yellow Save Icon icon.

Warning: Only use alphanumeric characters for the job title code. You should not use the ampersand '&' symbol or other special characters, as this could have a detrimental impact elsewhere.
