How to create a report for Social Onboarding Checklists
Create a report in Insight using the Social Checklist (Personnel) view.
This will display all checklist items for employees and their status i.e. Complete or Incomplete.
Note: Person Onboarding Detail should not be used, this is for an older version of Onboarding.
Can we create one report displaying all the data input by the user when completing the Onboarding Checklists
No, it isn't possible to have one report as the data input can be held in number of different tables. The checklists can be for Next of Kin details, specific items e.g New Starter Checklists which would use the User Defined Checklists.
To report on Next of Kin details, create a report with view Hr Person Master.
To report on an User Defined Checklists, create a report with view Person User Data for the relevant User Defined Item.
